2 to 3 lbs. crabmeat
4 eggs,beaten

1 tomato diced
1 bag of Panko bread crumbs (12 oz; save 3 ounces to coat cakes
1 tsp. tabasco
1 onion, diced
1. In medium bowl, mix eggs, mayonaisse, Old Bay seasoning,wocestshire, and tabasco sauces. Set aside.
2. In large bowl mix crabmeat and Panko bread crumbs.
3. Add the mayo & egg mix to the crab &bread mix. Set in refrigerator.
4. In small mixing bowl, add the diced peppers,tomato, onion, cilantro, and mix gently.
5. Add this pepper mix to bowl with all other ingredients, and mix well.
6. Refrigerate for 3 hours to allow breadcrumbs to absorb all liquids.
7. Form mix into medium patties (cakes).
8.Pan-fry or deep fry the crabcakes until they are golden brown.
9. Set cookedcakes onto papertowels to absorb any excess grease.
10. Serve with tartar or cocktail sauce! | 2 thumbs up on the crab cakes!!! Not sure what a Panko bread crumb is I just made my own. They didn't need any cocktail sauce either!
