Well, wait no more friend- here it is:

CHEESY CRAB TATERTOTS

1 bag frozen shredded hashbrown potatoes; thawed
1 lb. imitation crabmeat; chopped
2 lbs. softened cream cheese
4 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
3 cups flour
3 eggs
2 cans beer (any brand)
1 bag Panko bread crumbs

Skillet for frying (2 inches deep with cooking oil); or deep fryer.

1. Mix together in large bowl the hashbrown potatoes,crabmeat, cream cheese, and half of the Old Bay seasoning.
2. With a one-ounce scoop, scoop small balls of the mixture. Place on cookie sheet in freezer for 3 hours to set.
3. In another bowl, mix together the flour and rest of the Old Bay seasoning. Set aside.
4. In another bowl, beat the eggs into the beer for breading.
5. Empty the Panko bread crumbs into a shaker bag or a lage bowl.
6. When tatertots have set. preheat cooking oil in skillet or deep fryer to 375 degrees.
7. bread tatertots individually in: 1-flour, 2- egg/beer mix, and lastly, 3- Panko bread crumbs.
8. Cook tatertots about 5 at a time to prevent sticking and maceration. Cook till golden brown; but do not overcook. Drain on paper towels!
