The thing is that people can determine the difference between white people and white trash because there's a widly known distinction between the two, but the world doesn't know the difference between black people and "niggers", so as long as you use the term "nigger", you can't expect people to know that you're refering to black people that do bad things.
Chris Rock created that distinction for his set as a comedian, not to offer the intellectual world a definition of the word "nigger" and how it's different than your average black person. \"Are we justified in using articles, no matter how convenient it may be for us to use them, that we know were produced in conditions which bored and even stultified the human beings who had to make them?\"
