No welfare fraud, no actual abuse, no widespread underage pregnancies. Especially considering Texas already has one of the highest incidences of teenage pregnany in the country as it is.
I really couldn't careless "what you have seen" because it really doesn't matter in THIS case.
How do women not have access to those things but they have cell phones and computers available? So far as it relates to THIS situtation, you have yet to present anything factual that has been verified to matter to THIS case.
