Got any substitutes for rum (unless I can find a very small bottle of that)?  | Actually, if you use the rum, I personally just use the small bottles that you can purchase in a liquor store. These are the same size that airlines serve if you purchase a mixed drink on a flight.
You can also add the South Seas sauce straight into the pan with the chicken simmering in the rum with the peppers and pineapple and coat the chicken this way. Just remember to sprinkle the coconut on top before baking! |
