A fetus and a baby are not the same thing. Abortion is a private medical decision to be made with her doctor. Yes, she has a right to terminate her pregnancy.

I have no problem with that as long as he signs off prior to birth and agrees to a lifelong restraining order (punishable by a lengthy jail sentence if broken).
