The ten commandments were written towards the Jews only. They were required to follow the Law, as an example to the nations. Otherwise God would have given the Law to all the nations.

We have been freed of the Law, through the sacrificial death of Christ. We are no longer required to follow the Law. " For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under the law." Rom 6:14 Believers are the temples of God, not the building. We do not have to follow the law, because we have been saved by grace through faith in Christ.

Where is the command to oppress women? This wasn't even discussed. Or to kill alcoholic teenagers? Israel was to be an example to the other nations.

Jesus often spoke in metaphor. He meant that it is better to not sin and be wounded than sin and be perfectly. We forget that the world was once one that didn't take care of sick and retarded people. Jesus meant that we should strive to please Him with our hearts, rather than an outward showiness.

Slavery. This is an interesting topic. We also forget that, thousands of years ago, there was no welfare state or unemployment. People willfully went into bondage to wealthy people in order to survive. It is not the roots documentary that you think of in todays age. If a slave was wounded, then how could he or she profit you?

Here is an analogy reversing the arguement.

Atheism is repulsive. There have been many leaders in the last century, who confessed atheism, that murdered millions of people.

Atheists kill babies. Atheists believe in a woman's right to choose, which is life or death, so atheism supports killing babies.

Atheists support murdering their own country men. Russia killed millions of people who disagreed with their political, social, and economical ways. Communism leads to Atheism, and Russia was Communist, so Atheism supports killing your neighbor.

Atheism supports inhuman treatment of elderly, sick, and handicapped. Nazi Germany abused, tortured, tormented millions of people. Since evolution is the dogma of Atheists, and Nazis used evolution as an excuse to do these things, Atheism is repulsive.
