See how wacky you women are!

Women make choices about sex - that's the time to decide if a woman is prepared to 'gestate' as you so charmingly describe it!
You're confused, gary, not an unusual occurrence. Having a baby in itself is not disrespectful. It could be disrespectful of the father's wishes if he doesn't want the child. It could be disrespectful of the woman's parent's wishes if she is underage and they don't want her to give birth. Disrespecting another's wishes is not the same as disrespecting the person with wishes. You need to learn to make a distinction between a born baby and an unborn fetus. Your refusal to accept the standard language making such a distinction is purely to obfuscate the fact that the difference exists, but it's not working, the difference exists anyway.
The fact that our society accepts the use of contraceptives, actually encourages the use of contraceptives, indicates that the concensus of society is that women should be able to have sex without the result of pregnancy.
The greatest danger to liberty lurks in the insidious encroachment by men of zeal, well-meaning but without understanding.
