No, I'm saying they don't have equality when compared to schools in more wealthy areas. Their schools are under funded and falling apart when they shouldn't be. They don't have an equal opportunity and that is what AA is all about...

But until things change in this country it is a must. | yet they have kids who excel if they want and are able to get out of those schools, my friend todd for example, he is in my speech class and he gave a speech about if someone wanted to get out of where they were here in america they could, and he had these awards he got in highschool for great grades and his scholrship he got for writing a paper.
