Democrats use the filibuster to prevent some of President Bush's best-qualified nominees to the federal courts. It takes 60 votes to defeat a filibuster, yet 51 votes to confirm the nominee.

I think this is unconstitutional. In my opinion, the Democrat's do not want to come upon an agreement with the Republicans in Congress...They want to be in full power.

The Republican's did not do this during Clinton's time...
