And what does putting the ten commandments up in a courthouse have to do with free speech? No one is saying that an individual shouldn't be completely able to speak his mind and do what he wants with his own property as he sees fit. We're talking about the government here, not someone's freedom of speech.

I'm pointing out an example where people who say the government 'makes' other people believe in Christianity by putting a piece of granite with the ten commandments on it in public is simply ridiculous, much like affirmative action and you calling Bush gay. Point is liberals are so stuck on political correctness yet liberals on this message board see's making jokes about people being gay is ok. That’s very hypocritical to me. |
