And to end off this post I will restate the main reason against gun control in the United states....

KANSAS CONSTITUTION BILL OF RIGHTS:
The people have the right to bear arms for their defense and security; but standing armies, in time of peace, are dangerous to liberty, and shall not be tolerated, and the military shall be in strict subordination to the civil power.

The ultimate defense to tyranny. And if you think that such things are impossible in a democratic society or must I point out Hitler again???

I think Iraq proves you gun nuts wrong. If your thinking really worked we would be loosing the war in Iraq. And I doubt you think that is happening... and they were armed to the tooth.

Our guns wouldn't do shit against an organized modern military. It worked against the red coats and since then have been a threat to our nation's saftey.
