Everyone has strengths and weaknesses, and in a military situation where there is a team, women need not be excluded. If you have 10 men in a military situation, the leader is going to put them where they fit in the best. If you put a woman in the group, it should be no different.
You've really got to get over the stereotyped ideas on gender. Everyone is different, though some generalities may be applied to most people. Our Task must be to free ourselves... by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures, the whole of nature, and its beauty.
