Who's going to keep the humanitarian workers safe?

I was against the invasion when the whole mess started, and I'm still against it. I just think it's incredibly naive to think that reducing the number of military personnel will make the country more peaceful.

That contracter that was burned and hung off of a bridge wasn't a soldier. To date, it's my understanding that there have been more non-Iraqi civilian casualities than military casualties.
