Nuke them and get out is how I belive he put it. He also points out that Nuking does not necessary mean nuclear weapons.

He does support the Patriot act if that is what you are refering to

On the other hand, AnarchyintheUS, I really doubt you could "declare intellectual war" on the guys since they probably don't even know that you exist, or care.
