I read your arguments as to why they are similar, but I honestly think the amount of hatred and division expressed between both parties makes them almost completely opposite. Sure a similarity would be that they BOTH dominate in elections, leaving independents and smaller parties out of the mix, but comparing Democrats to Republicans, I cannot see a similarity. |
