Who are "are troops?"

It's called a possessive pronoun.

(I am a grammar wonk. Humor me.)

Anyway, I think pulling out everyone right this second would be impossible to do. Even if it could be done, logistically speaking, it would be a terrible idea. Iraq is in the midst of a civil war right now, and the government isn't doing a very good job at maintaining law and order. I think we should scale down the number of troops we have there, and let the UN help us out a bit, but I don't think we should just pull out. It's our mess, and we need to clean it up, whether we like it or not.
