I know most of MySpace users will be sickened to learn of the take over. Someone else (not friendster) needs to step up and offer an alternative experience FAST! Most people don't want to support Rupert Murdoch in any way, whatsoever.
I think you can still keep your account with facebook even after garduation. Also they now accept highschool students so a lot of my friends who are still in highschool, are signing up.

Myspace is too buggy anyways..
