That is exactly what we need but don't get. That is why AA is still necessary. When we get what you suggested then maybe we can desolve AA.

How does further separating people, and further degrading African Americans, by making them appear to need additional help and being unable to stand on thier own merits, integrate us?

Why are so many African Americans opposed to Affirmative Action if it is integrating us so well?
