I wish he had responded with: "Yes, and that attitude is shared by a majority of Americans who your people have silenced by preventing them from being here tonight..."


How the heck did he get through the screening process to ensure only Bush bobble-heads are in the audience and asking questions like "You are my favorite president. What can I do to kiss your rump?"
