And I lack experience with a lot of Kinsey's findings and data, but can you show where "he attempted to show" that having sex with children was "normal"?

I searched for the word "Kinsey" on "NAMBLA's web-site", but I only find three references.
1) Discussing Reisman who talks about Kinsey. Nothing from Kinsey supporting pedophilia...
2) Talked about a separate study which was done on some Kinsey study data, involving "common characteristics of girls who have experienced various kinds of sexual contact with adults"
3) Quotes of Kinsey which I think are grossly taken out of context. The first makes no mention of pedophilia, and mentions "a body of sex laws" which would be referencing the archaic sex laws of 1948 (including laws preventing consensual sodomy) at the time he made the comment.
The second talks about people creating a phobia of sexual predators in kids, to the extent that the children fear people who pose absolutely no pedophilia threat. He subsequently said that the reaction of the parent to an abused child may make the situation worse.

I would have thought that if Kinsey had attempted to show pedophilia was normal, that NAMBLA would have quoted him in saying so.

And Kinsey a member of NAMBLA? Where did you get that from?

Kinsey used data from a sexual predator and pedophile known only as "Mr. X," who claimed to have participated in hundreds of acts of incest and child molestation. The other claims are unfounded slander on Reisman's part.
