Yes hevusa you are right; some businesses do not offer health insurance. However isn't it kinda common sense to compare jobs that have better benefits and better pay??
Job A offers health insurance, dental insurance, and 401K
Job A yearly salary $40,000
Job B offers 401K
Job B yearly salary is $42,000
Some people who do not do their homework jump for the job with the higher salary. Yet you will actually make more money with Job A instead of Job B while paying for health insurance.  |
