Then you'd make pot illegal for persons under 18?


Okay seriously... How come some people can smoke pot for years - and possibly LOTS of pot over those years - and suffer no serious side effects, while other people become absolute burn-outs? What (beyond age when they start, and amount smoked) is the difference?
