Fraid not. I just read it, and it doesn't say what you claimed.

First of all, it says nothing about the woman being pregnant.
Kind of significant, don't you think?

It says that if she has been unfaithful, the drink will make her belly swell and her thigh rot. Presumably those are signs to confirm the husband's suspicions to him, since there have been no witnesses.
Also,
The passage implies that the drink might make the woman infertile in the future (again IF she has been unfaithful).

But nowhere does it talk about the drink causing an abortion.
And it would, if that is what it meant, because an abortion is mentioned in Exodus.
