I'd say the answer is, "NONE."
I can tell you, from personal experience, that almost EVERY Latin American city (the large ones) are so thick with smog and pollution that you can barely breathe.
And you don't have to be a genius to know why so much of the snow in Russia is BLACK. Nor do you have to be a genius to see the overwhelming pollution belched into the air by vehicles in China, where they have no emissions standards.
Go back to the drawing board about your Kyoto hype. Perhaps you'll understand why THINKING people reject it. |
