hev, when our freedoms and constitution was established, it was the cheif understanding that the costs of freedoms were well understood and people should take responsibility for their own actions and misuse of such freedoms under the law. For instance, people may get offended as a result to people exercising their right under the first amendment, but that doesn't mean we should ban freedoms of speech just because they're harmful to certain peoples. Consequently, sure handguns are destructive, and I despise them too, but right now I would rather not see our freedoms hindered any further, especially in a time when enough freedoms and rights are being ended.
