why would you do a good job or show up on time if you can just bounce from minimum wage job to minimum wage. Mybe a minimum wage based on how long you have been doing it. Every 3 months a slight increase then annually after that and after a few years you get to that livable wage.
If you leave your job on good terms for valid reasons (for another topic) you don't lose you wage when you start your next job. My experience hiring is everybody wants to get PAID, but nobody wants to work. | Hear hear! |
