Few would argue that the world is more conservative now then it was 50 or 100 years ago.
Conservatives are just speed bumps on the sustained path to an ever more liberal world. --- help me Instant Runoff Voting, you're my only hope --- There is little doubt that the world in general is more liberal than it was 50 years ago and beyond.
