Though i think the vehemence against the idiot terrorists is a bit misplaced, i actually strongly support your idea.

This way the US could ratify Kyoto and also no longer have any reason to unduly influence the OPEC countries.

And i think the ONLY way the idiot terrorists will stop their insanity is if they are left to fix their own countries. The US should stopp ALL aid to the world ( that includes Israel) and let the rest figure stuff out.
