This is not a debate about the merit of his claims, it is a battle of your speculation. There is no reason to believe that it could be true but not proven yet. There are lots of things that are true that have not been proven yet.

3. Again, you are simply asserting that something cannot fall through the cracks. Your claim here is equal to saying "That woman was not raped because if she was there would have been an immediate arrest." Guess what. Crimes happen and people get away with it. Especially when people make up their mind without looking at the arguments.

Overall you are still refusing to give any reason why these irregularities happened. Keep that head in the sand, and all the problems will go away.
