You're dodging the issue at hand by attacking people personally...yet again. It seems to be the right's favorite tactic nowadays. That's really unfortunate. Please get to the legal questions of the topic, not whether the founder of ACLU is communist or not. And if free speech is so important to you then you wouldn't be attempting to silence communists in the first place; or dismiss them simply because of the fact. And whether he was a Communist or not is completely irrelevant to the issue at hand. I really wouldn't want you as an attorney. You would object because "the council is communist". Even if such assertions are true, they're completely irrelevant and hold no weight what so ever in the court.

And even if he was a communist, its faulty logic to assume that the ACLU is communist.
