For a society to function we need to take care of all the bases. There are going to be jobs out there that are necessary for society to function smoothly but don't bring home the bacon. These people should be taken care of just the same as someone who earned a lot of money during their lifetime. These people are no more or less important than anyone else. They are no more or less lazy. A plan should be formed that takes care of everyone regardless of their status in life.

The Bush plan does not accomplish this, regardless of how much money is put back into the corporations hands.
