The problem I have with that, is that I do not want to support laziness. Don't get me wrong, I know some people do get a a raw deal, but some people will take advantage of any opportunity to get money from the government, and they have not problem living in really shittiy conditions, so long as they do not have to work for it. There are a lot of people in this country who will do nearly anything to avoid a hard days work.

I don't understand why receiving money from the government is a bad thing after working your whole life. It isn't a sign of laziness, and it certainly isn't taking advantage.
