As a sidebar to the myths that Foundit posted, the Electronic Frontier Foundation is suing AT&T for collaborating with the NSA in illegally spying on millions of Americans. The suit says that AT&T has given the NSA a cozy room in one of their facilities, and has set up the cabling so that they can easily eavesdrop on *any* call or email.
