I understand that technically there are people of minorities that vote for the Republicans each year...but that's misleading because the Democrats are still favored by well over 90% of the black community. Once you look at this from the big picture, you see that that's one of the largest, if not THE largest consensus among a particular social group. So percentages of African-Americans voting for the Republicans jumping from like 2% to 2.5% (exageration, not real stats) isn't really much of a difference. Although technically it grew; you can't really say that's significant.
