How to brainwash =

1) Hit someone with an extreme and violent physical or emotional shock to the point of completely overwhelming their feeling of control over the environment (physical/emotional pain).

2) Redirect them towards a pre-determined solution (political solution) to the confusion that you created in that persons mind.

3) Continually remind them of the shock and the "solution" that you provided.....via the media.
