Justice Holmes was referring to legal limitations on freedom of speech when he used that phrase in Schenk v. United States, and he was referring to incitement. For example, if I said that I was going to kill you, it would fall under that catagory. Otherwise, you have no idea what you are talking about. I recommend that you sign up for a con law class at your nearest college. You might actually learn something.

The law isn't about specific cases, it's about what it says, and what the law says is a clear violation of the amendments to the Constitution which I enumerated.
