This bill, if extended to American citizens, can withold people's rights under the fourth, fifth, sixth, and/or seventh Amendments in the Bill of Rights soley based on the fact that the government suspects them as being "hostile to the United States and allies" which is of itself very broad and circumstantial unless the legislation details it more. It has nothing to do with actually stopping such attacks, and everything to do with his/her detainment, treatment, and trial. When will you actually read what people write?
