Yes, because clearly, many black people are poor and Democrats because of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. Why didn't anyone see it before? 
This minority is staying a Democrat as long as the Republican Party is the party of sticking it's big government nose into my personal business. I can buy my own damned food. There are way more reasons to be a Democrat than just wanting a handout. My political compass
