They're not sending suicide bombers, but they're sending aerial bombers. What makes a death of an innocent by a missile, a bomb, or a strafing fighter any more justified than a suicide bomb?
And they're occupying the West Bank, and they have imprisoned the Gaza Strip, both under brutal conditions.

They are colonializing (literally) the West Bank. They have it under a brutal military occupation. And they have policies for its slow take-over. That is dominance.
