No, if they wanted peace, they would have followed the UN resolution, or they would have accepted the numerous ceasefire and negotiations offers. They don't want to stop the fighting unless the terms are completely on their side. That is called dominance.
The United Nation is a JOKE. Their resolutions mean NOTHING. Their view of peace, civil rights and human dignity mean NOTHING.

They are colonializing (literally) the West Bank. They have it under a brutal military occupation. And they have policies for its slow take-over. That is dominance.
