Did you read the comments? There was one from user "truthcommission": See especially page 8 of the PDF where it talks about "the plan", and page 10 where it itemizes incidents, including starting many rumors, landing friendly Cubans in uniform "over-the-fence" to stage attack on the base, capturing (friendly) Cuban saboteurs inside the base, starting riots near the base main gate (friendly Cubans), blowing up ammunition inside the base, burning aircraft on air base (sabotage), lobbing mortar shells from outside of base into base, and so on. And then on page 13 in the PDF: Quote: |
