In my opinion they do not have the right to a trial. In my opinion, they are the same as prisoners of war. They weren't picked up for scalping Red Sox tickets. They can stay there until the military decides what to do with them or commit suicide for all I care. I put the safety of my country over some islamofacist's "rights". |
