Isn't the whole point of this thread the fact that our fighting sons and daughters have been suffering brain injuries AND that the funding to the Brain Injury Center is being cut? So you argue that the helmets are being improved. Okay, but that does NOT help the ones who got injured wearing older gear. Let's stop arguing and help the ones who got injured. Forget the celebreties for now. Do a bake sale. Do a car wash. Sell magazine subscriptions. Solicit donations. Sell Christmas baskets by raffle, and get neighborhood businesses to help donate stuff. Hold a book sale. Advertise like mad. Then donate the proceeds to the closest DVBIC site.
