And anyway, Hev was making a logical connection. He claimed that because there is not objective proof of God, for one to claim that they absolutely know God as a fact, they would be a liar. Now, of coarse, I don't believe that would constitute lying, because in order to lie you would need to be conscious that you are spreading false information, otherwise its just ignorance. And many people believe 100% that their god is real.
But I also believed he stated that he had nothing against Christians, and would still listen to their opinions. His view on religion is seperate. Thus this case wouldn't really be bigotry. Bigotry would be that he would start to have intolerance toward Christians that are presenting things that are rather seperate from the religion debate itself, just in spite that the said individual is a Christian.
