Obviously, some will fall to the terrorists brain-washing propaganda. Our policy cannot be determined by giving in to terrorists, or potential terrorists.

Also, education would be a key issue in fighting such cancer. If they are smart enough to see through the terrorists propaganda, the next generation may be averted.
So then you agree that we cannot give in to them or negotiate with them. That means we kill them where we find them. Cemetaries, etc.
