The UN is a venue for world leaders to address the international community in a democratic setting. Its forum is vital, especially to any possible development of democracy in other nations.
You can disagree with what Chavez says, but he, as a human, has an unalienable right to speak his mind. | Yes, he can speak his mind. However, when he steps foot on our soil he should be a gentleman and polite. Don't you think or is only conservatives who have to follow the rules of civility? Do you think Bush should go to his country to speak and stand on the soil of Chavez's nation and call him a devil? Would that be okay with you?
