Yes, he can speak his mind. However, when he steps foot on our soil he should be a gentleman and polite. Don't you think or is only conservatives who have to follow the rules of civility? Do you think Bush should go to his country to speak and stand on the soil of Chavez's nation and call him a devil? Would that be okay with you?

Chavez needs his big fat nose busted.
