As members of the human race, every being has positive aspects. As far as I'm concerned, "evil" is just a point of view. Because you must remember, the people of those states see us as evil.
But I will agree with you that those three countries are among some of the worst political models; North Korea recieving the most disdain in that regard (and as far as I'm concerned, its perhaps one of the worst states to rise in the history of human civilization).
