Again, I have no problem with killing the enemy on the battle field. You keep changing this conversation to other areas when you cannot defend the ground you are on.

Just out of curiousity alias, has it ever occurred to you that you should TRY TO CHANGE the existing rules, instead of just insist that you don't have to follow them?
Terrorists have rights? Not in my world. Maybe in yours. They fight for no nation, the don't wear the uniform of a nation, and they murder civilians. The only right they have is the right to receive a bullet right between the eyes.
