That's like criticizing sleeping pills because people can abuse their usage.

I'm talking about harms from the CORRECT usage, and why we shouldn't give people the capability to weigh the facts about the drug for themselves and let them use it according to their own decisions.

We don't restrict one thing just because another thing is "easier".
If we restrict something from the general public's usage, there has to be a better reason than just another option being "easier".
